We’re Shox Shades a Limited Company registered as Henbie Ltd (company number 10286687), a company registered in England and Wales. Our correspondence address is PO BOX 12314, Brentwood, CM14 and our registered address is 10 Western Rd, Romford, RM1 3JT.

 

When you shop with us (or access our services, apps and websites (our “Websites”)), these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info. You can also find out more on our Help pages (which also form part of these terms). Of course, if you need anything else, get in touch with Customer Care – we always love to hear from you!

 

We keep these terms and Help pages updated and we amend them every so often, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

 

About you

In order to shop with us you must;

  • be over 16
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept
  • have authority to use that credit/debit card, meaning it must be registered to your address and I your name or you must have full permission to use it.

Placing an order

When placing an order you should receive a confirmation email. We then carry out a standard check to make sure there is enough money on the card.

We will on;y accept your order once payment has been approved and debited from the card. We will then be in touch with confirmation.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order. If there is a problem we will always be in touch to let you know and to help you figure out what to do next.

On rare occasions we may cancel or refuse an order. This is if we think something fishy is going on. We will let you know if your order is refused or cancelled and if you think we are wrong please let us know and we can get it fixed!

 

Descriptions & prices

We always try our very best to describe our products properly and in as much detail as humanly possible to absorb. However, we are just mere mortals and occasionally something may get muddled up. If this happens we will correct it as soon as we notice and we will also notify you to let you know.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The only additional charge to you will be postage,  it this is clearly stated at the checkout stage and in our postage FAQ’s

 

Delivery

Standard delivery is 1-5 working days. All orders are sent by a signed for shipping method. Our preffered shipping companies are DPD and Royal Mail.

 

Next day delivery aplies to orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday. Next Day delivery refers to the next avaliable working day. Weekends and bank holidays are classed as non-working days.

Return & refunds

Should you wish to return your item you have 14 days from the order date to do so. Sale items are not eligible for return. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

Upon receipt of your return you will be notified. Once the item has been inspected you will be notified of a refund, or if no refund is authorised you will be informed of the reasons an the item will be returned to you.

Refunds may take up to 14 days.
