Are your sunglasses safe?


Shock takes pride in the fact that our sunglasses are polarised and/or UV400 protective. They are also CE tested & certified.

Obviously, clear lenses offer no protection and are not prescription lenses. They’re simply a fashion statement.

How long do I have to wait for my sunglasses to arrive?

If you placed your order by 4pm Monday-Friday you will receive your order the following working day. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday for next working day delivery.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your sunnies within 14 days of receipt with no questions asked as long as they are unused and in original packaging.

You will be required to return by a trackable method, such as Royal Mail Signed for, Special delivery or another method. This is for your protection and to make sure your order travels safely. You will have to cover the cost of the postage, however, once your return is processed we will refund your original postage cost!

What if they don’t suit me?

If you decide you don’t feel fabulous in your Shox Sunglasses you can return them within 14 days as per our returns policy.

Do my sunglasses come with a pouch?

All our sunglasses come with a microfibre pouch that doubles as a polishing cloth.

When will a product be back in stock?

If a pair of sunglasses has come out of stock and it was not listed as limited edition please drop us an email and we can let you know when it will be back. Some of our lines are limited edition and once they are gone they will not be back, so grab them whilst you can!

I’m having trouble signing into my Shox account

The first thing to do is check your password. You can reset your password via your account tab. If that doesn’t help then make sure you registered with the correct email, we are all human and sometimes make typos!

If all else fails drop us an email and we will see what we can do to get you back into your account.

Do I have to have an account to shop with you?

You don’t. However, if you sign up for an account you will be notified of special offers and sales and even get access to special releases before those who don’t have an account!

What do I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Check that your order has been shipped by logging into your account. Remember, all orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm – Sunday will not be shipped until Monday, or the Tuesday if it is a bank holiday.

If your order has been shipped please check your tracking number. The tracking website should be able to tell you where your order is and give you an excepted delivery time.

If that doesn’t help then please get in touch and we will chase things on our end for you.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty please email us to let us know and ideally send pictures of the item and its packaging. That way we can speak to our courier and find out what went wrong. You will then need to return your item to us. Once received we will issue a refund as per our refunds policy.

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that time you will have to cancel the order and await a refund and then purchase new items.
